- tea knowledge from farm to teacup

- site visit of a tea farm/ farmer Formosan Farms supports: sustainability, family tradition....situated in Sun Moon Lake area

- knowledge of the tea tree/ plantation

- how to brew tea & taste tea

- 2-hour comprehensive course in Chinese and/ or English (by translation)

- Fees include up-to-2-person transportation from/ to Taichung High Speed Train station (60+ minutes one way trip), travel insurance, onsite course, 50g Red Jade loose tea each person
