FORMOSAN FARM TO TEACUP courses deliver comprehensive knowledge of small tea farms in Taiwan—how the tea is farmed and cared for, how to distinguish tea quality, and how to brew and taste teas properly. Supported by academic research covering more than 1,300 tea farms in Taiwan, the courses share the delights of independent small family farms held to the highest standards.With more than 500 participants across Taiwan, Shanghai, Hong Kong, and London, we are now offering the Beginner’s level course for groups of 6 or more in England. Intermediate- and advanced-level courses (held on-farm in Taiwan only) are open to those who hold the beginner-level certification.
