Note: The beginning of the first brew has the most aroma of pomelo flowers, but no obvious impression in the throat. After the second brew, the pomelo fragrance is gone, pure Oolong taste, but it stays long in the throat. The heavy lingering sensation on the tongue makes people secrete saliva. After swallow the saliva, there is obvious sweetness in the throat. This is a great light tea with think food at the afternoon.
