Pai Da Gong (拍打功) might generally increase Qi and circulation in an immediate way. It is an easy branch of Qi-Gong. Pai Da Gong opens and relaxes the meridians in your body in a straightforward way by flapping directly at several major meridians on your body. It takes at least 30 minutes per day to make a progress in a month. However, it is also easy to do it anywhere anytime during a day. If it is painful, it means the Qi cannot go through your meridians. No pain, no gain!
